Small-scaled production

At Studio San Designs we make unique designs. In our microfactory in Sweden we produce locally and on demand. This way we only use the material and energy we need.

3D Printing

We use 3D printing technology to create our designs. Each object is built layer by layer, often over 1000. Therefore it takes quite a while to create an object.

It allows us to create accurately and precisely, just how we want the design to be. No less, no more, no waste.

Sustainable production

In Karlstad, Sweden, Studio San Designs has a 'microfactory' of several 3D printers, computers, materials, packaging. All on a surface of 6 square meters.

When the sun is shining production runs on energy from the sun. At only 80 Watts, a vase is made in under 1 kWh.
