PRICES AND PAYMENT
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.
Shipping conditions are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method.

MANUAL PAYMENT
In the occurence that you could not find a suitable payment method it is possible to make a direct wire transfer.
In this case, Select manual payment when placing your order. We will send you an invoice with all the bank details you need. Transfer the total sum in Swedish Krona (SEK), mind the transfer costs of your bank. It may take a few office days before we have received the sum. After we received your payment we will process and ship your order.

It is also possible to make a payment via iDeal, in which case we will draft a new invoice where we exchange the Swedish Krona (SEK) to Euro (EUR), and send you a payment request. ​

For domestic orders in Swedish Krona (SEK) it is also possible to pay via SWISH. You will receive the instructions during checkout.

For all manual payments it is adviced to send a message as soon as you fulfilled the payment as there is no automatic notification system in our shop. Thank you!

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days (swedish e-handelslagen). Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item - or an item that has been given a clear personal touch, the cooling-off period begins on the day we provide information.
You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
The service started during the cooling-off period with your consent, the price is dependent on the fluctuations of the financial market, for example a share, the product cannot be returned due to its nature, the seal has been broken on sound or image recordings or computer programs. Sealing also refers to technical sealing.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation. If you want to return a product just send an e-mail.
WARRANTIES AND SERVICE
The standard warranty on products is standard 1 year and limits to production faults, unless other specified. Of course it is important that you are happy with your product. So should something happen to it just reach out and we will try to find a suitable solution.

PRIVACY POLICY
When you place your order with us or create an account, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your entered data in our operations to fulfil the agreement with you. Your personal information will be used for these specific reasons only.
According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In this case, contact us by email.
By sharing your contact details you allow us to contact you via the designated details (telephone, email etc). Our communication preference is via e-mail.

This online store uses cookies according to the Electronic Communications Act, July 25, 2003. DELIVERIES
As all products are made on request it can take a few days to make them, depending on the size and complexity (and the size of the order). We aim to ship your order within 1-3 days. Should this take much longer (because of a big order), then we will send you an update of the estimation. You will of course get an update when the order will be shipped!
We ship using Postnord which means that orders in Sweden will take about 1-4 days to deliver. Orders to be delivered in Karlstad can be delivered in person, or picked up at Haga Frisörn in town at no extra costs (Nygatan 2, Karlstad). Simply select your choice during Checkout.

RETURNS
Returns are at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges or warranty, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal on an item you must send or return it to us.
If it concerns a service: keep the material available to us, if it does not cause inconvenience to you.
Repayment obligation:
We shall, if you have exercised your right of cancellation, refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the notification that you have canceled. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
