Shipping policy

DELIVERIES

As all products are made on request it can take a few days to make them, depending on the size and complexity (and the size of the order). We aim to ship your order within 1-3 days. Should this take much longer (because of a big order), then we will send you an update of the estimation. You will of course get an update when the order will be shipped!
 

We ship using Postnord or UPS which means that orders in Sweden will take about 1-4 days to deliver. Orders to be delivered in Karlstad area can be delivered in person, or picked up at Studio San Designs in Väse, Sweden. Simply select your choice during Checkout.
